The MZ.4500 Digital Macrozoom Microscope from Euromex in Holland is designed for inspection and quality control departments. Featuring a 0.7x to 5x zoom objective and a choice of high speed HD cameras the MZ.4500 making it ideal for repairs, rework, tooling engineers and visual inspection tasks.

Single zoom objective with zoom adjustment engravings at 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 and 5x. The working distance is 105 mm. A 0.5x additional lens is available as an option which increases the working distance to 170 mm.
The Mono Zoom Objective is mounted on a rack and pinion stand that sits on a large 320 x 260 mm metal base. Travel range of the rack & pinion is 225 mm.
Step 1: Choose a Camera
Any c-mount camera can be fitted to the MZ.4500 but we recommend the high speed, high definition cameras from Euromex supplied either with or without an integrated monitor. These cameras transmit images at 60 fps, perfect where real time images with no delay are needed for inspection, rework and repair. No computer is required.
All the cameras listed below offer image capture to SD card and built-in on-screen software which is mouse driven. Software functions include Capture image, Freeze image, Save video, Automatic white balance, Automatic exposition, File manager, Grids and camera settings such as exposure time, gain, saturation, contrast, sharpness, HDR. Measurement functions are also included for line, area and angle. Images are saved in .jpg format and videos are saved in .avi format.

Step 2: Add Illumination
The MZ.4500 can be fitted with a wide selection of illumination sources including LED ring light and flexible light guides. A few recommended light sources are available and at least one should be selected and added to your order.
Optical Data
The standard field of view (FoV) range is 29 x 16mm at lowest magnification of 15x, and to 4 x 2.2 mm at highest magnification of 130x. With the 0.5x additional lens the field of view increases to 59 x 8.35 mm with a magnification range of 8x to 65x.
With digital zoom function magnification can be increased up to 70x

UK Vat is automatically deducted from our prices for export orders.
All orders for delivery outside UK are supplied on CPT (Incoterms) basis, which excludes insurance and any local taxes. This means that you will have to pay your local tax and any applicable duties to the carrier before receiving your delivery. Failing to do so may result in your package being returned to us.
