Simply set the microscope on the field to be measured and focus – that’s all. Thanks to the clear acrylic base the surface to be inspected can be viewed from all sides, making it easy to find the point to be measured. Focusing is accomplished by coaxial rotation of the tube. The short light path through the microscope makes the object appear reversed ( mirror image)
Available with magnification factors of 20, 40, 60x, 100x, microscope is covenient for measuring the length, thickness, height, or depth of objects with different levels.
The optical system consists of a lense and an eye cup. All lenses are coated for sharp, high contrast images. Four lenses are available: 2x, 4x, 6x & 10x which are not interchangeable so must be selected when ordering. The eyepiece has a magnification factor of 10x and the focal plane is equipped with a scale. The lense closest to the eyepiece can be moved by turning the adjustment ring, so that the scale can be adjusted to match the eye correction of the observer.
Depth measurements to an accuracy of 0.1mm are obtained by using the scale engraved on the focusing ring together with the needle on the coaxial tube. Simply focus on different levels of an object and read the difference off this scale.
LED illumination allows measurements on dark surfaces or in darkened rooms. Batteries included.
Image capture is also possible by simply replacing the eyepiece with a digital camera, see related accessories for recommended cameras.

Delivery costs will be estimated in your basket, except under certain conditions. UK Vat is automatically deducted from our prices for export orders.
All orders for delivery outside UK are supplied on CPT (Incoterms) basis, which excludes insurance and any local taxes. This means that you will have to pay your local tax and any applicable duties to the carrier before receiving your delivery. Failing to do so may result in your package being returned to us.
