Returns & Cancellations

We want you to appreciate our products as much as we do, and believe you can’t buy better quality. We’re so confident of this that we offer a 30 days no quibble return policy and 1 year warranty on parts. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will do whatever it takes to respond and fix the problem. You can return your purchase within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. See full Terms & Conditions.

If you do need to return something you will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. All we ask is that you send an email to sales@pepleroptics.com with your reference number (found on the packing slip or invoice) and the reason for the return. We will reply with a RMA number and the address to send to. Please do not return your item until you have received the RMA number.

All returns for credit must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all software (if applicable), inner packing materials, and accessories. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date shipped to you.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. In addition, there may be some restrictions on certain products being returned, such as:

  • Non-cancellable and non-returnable products (as communicated in your invoice or order acknowledgement)
  • Consumables (eg. Anti-static cloths and gloves) once their primary packaging or inner wrapping has been opened
  • Products that are no longer in usable condition

When your parcel is received we will notify you by email and check the contents. Unless you have requested an exchange we will automatically refund your payment. If you have requested and exchange we will send your replacement item to you with no delivery charge.

All refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the same card or account.

Please allow 14 days from receipt for your return to be processed.

We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and orders need to be cancelled or postponed. When that's the case, please contact us immediately.
