We’ve got some exciting news to share – we've won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for our
customer service in 2022!

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is the ultimate accolade for customer service, recognising
brands that continue to deliver exceptional customer service, year after year.

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2021 and 31 December
2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years – which we’ve
done!

But we couldn’t have done it without you, our customers, so we’d like to take this opportunity to
thank each and every one of you for sharing your ratings and reviews with Feefo.
