BA410E series compound microscopes from Motic are designed for life science study in laboratories offering high degree of flexibility to configure for a microscope for your individual requirements. The standard Plan Achromatic objectives can be replaced with either Fluorite or Apochromatic objectives within Motics unique Colour Corrected Infinity Optical System (CCIS™).
Optics
This BA410E is equipped with a trinocular Siedetopf type head with an ergonomical 30° inclination and 360° rotation. N-WF 10x/22 mm eyepieces providing an wide field of view with interpupillary distance of 50-75 mm and dioptre adjustment on both. Photo attachment tube with standard 23.2 diameter is available for fitting a camera. Light split is 100:0 or 20:80 (Optional 100:0/0:100)
A sextuple nosepiece is fitted with four Plan Infinity objectives, 4x, 10x, S40x & S100x oil. The crisp high resolution images at 40x, 100x, 400x and 1000x magnification remain perfectly in focus when changing magnification. All optics are anti-fungus treated and anti-reflection coated for maximum light throughput in every contrast method.
Stage & Focusing
Featuring an integrated 180 x 170 mm mechanical stage with 80 x 55 mm X-Y movement. Coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment is provided with a precision of 1μm. Total travel is approximately 27 mm with adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to samples and objectives. The course adjustments are equipped with friction control.
Condenser & Illumination
Height adjustable Swing Out Abbe condenser N.A. 0.90/0.13, for brightfield with iris diaphragm and slot for optional phase contrast sliders. 50W Halogen Köhler Quartz illumination is provided with an external lamp house with intensity control, auto-off switching and light memory function. An alternative 3W LED illumination is can also be fitted.
Supplied with an external 100-240 V mains adapter Cable Storage System tidies away the cable inside the back of the instrument to enable easy storage and transportation with ergonomic carrying handle.

UK Vat is automatically deducted from our prices for export orders.
All orders for delivery outside UK are supplied on CPT (Incoterms) basis, which excludes insurance and any local taxes. This means that you will have to pay your local tax and any applicable duties to the carrier before receiving your delivery. Failing to do so may result in your package being returned to us.
