COVID-19 Information for our customers

Despite everything happening around us, we are continuing to supply optical instruments to industry, laboratories, education and hobbyists throughout the UK and around the world.
Our e-commerce team is working normally as is our UK warehouse where our stock is held and dispatched, albeit with changes to the working procedures to protect staff. If you need to contact us we still answer the phone and try to reply to emails as quickly as we can. However, there can be delays in getting back to you so please drop us an email rather than request a call back if at all possible.
The couriers that we use (mostly DPD & Royal Mail for UK, DHL & UPS for outside UK) all continue to deliver but there are some differences to their normal service levels. We recommend paying the extra charge of £6.00 for DPD in the UK if delivery time or parcel tracking is important to you.
So for now we are maintaining normal delivery times and can dispatch in-stock products within the same day if ordered before 1pm. Products which are coming in from Europe may suffer, at most, some small delays caused by freight congestion.

To check the delivery time of any product look out for the message above the Add to Basket button like the examples below. Typical stock statuses you might see are:
- In Stock. Ready to Ship Now
- In Stock. Ships in 2-3 days
- In Stock. Ships in 4-5 days
Where a product is showing as "In Stock, Ready to Ship Now" it is available for next day delivery.
