Depth Measuring Microscopes

Optical Micrometer microscopes for measuring depth. Measure the distance between two focal planes for non-contact optical measurement of depth or height as small as 10 microns. Measurement is usually accomplished at a high magnification (300x) to limit the depth of focus and ensure accurate readings.
