MicroBlue - entry level models for schools & young children. Ideal where budget is limited. 35 mm Achromatic objectives. The basic model has a fixed lens condenser and plain stage. Other models have mechanical stage and Abbe condenser.

EcoBlue - modern microscopes especially designed for education with a primary focus on ergonomics and excellent price/quality ratio. Secured eyepieces and adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to samples and objectives.

BioBlue - also designed for education but with a higher specification than the EcoBlue series. Reversed nosepiece with Semi-Plan objectives and a larger X-Y stage. 10 year warranty.

bScope - well equipped and versatile the bScope series are used extensively in secondary schools, universities, small to mid-sized laboratories and veterinary applications. Besides excellent ergonomic design, these robust microscopes are available in several configurations for brightfield and phase contrast observation with HWF 10x/20 mm eyepieces and 45 mm parfocal objectives.

iScope - exceeds today’s standard, providing more comfort and convenience for microscopists with ergonomic features such as height adjustable eye tubes and a large rackless stage with double slide holder.
The modern design and compact size of the iScope® microscopes allow more working space, safer operation and easy storage.

The iScope® series is available in various configurations, suitable for high schools, universities, and Life and Biomedical Sciences and also for routine medical applications. Observations methods besides brightfield are available for phase contrast, cardioid mirror darkfield, basic polarization and fluorescence.

Oxion - The microscopes of the Oxion series are dedicated to professionals in life sciences applications, laboratories of universities and research centers. Thanks to the high resolution optics and high quality components, these microscopes can be widely used from routine to fundamental research applications.

Delphi X Observer - State-of-the-art microscopes for advanced life science applications. The outstanding optical performance of the Delphi-X Observer™ with 25 mm field of view and high numerical aperture of the plan 60 mm parfocal EIS objectives enable perfect observations, colour rendering and at high resolving power. Microscope Cameras

Digital Imaging with Compound Microscopes

Digital Imaging is also possible with compound microscopes by adding a camera. The most common way to go digital is to select a model with a trinocular head, this is a head which has two eyepieces and a separate photo-port for attaching a camera. Trinocular heads enable you to view your objects using both eyepieces and camera. Then just choose a camera that meets your needs and budget. Some microscopes are available with integrated cameras which cannot be removed making setup easy. For help with selecting a camera read our guide to microscope cameras.
